3. Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Shipping Across India on all eligible orders. Any promotional offers or exceptions will be clearly mentioned during checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) so you can monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners usually make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.

6. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, address modifications may not be possible.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the package and product so we can investigate and assist you promptly.
