Return Policy
- Kindly note if you get a faulty product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. The mail address to use when contacting us is Bfamonlinestore@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91- with the order number.
- The products will only be accepted when the return of an unboxing video confirmation is made.
- In regards to returns for physical products that have been damaged, we shall organize to have the products picked. When the returned goods reach us, a replacement will be made immediately.

It must be returned within 7 Days, and the products must be in their original packaging with bubble wrap and the invoice.
Refunds
Upon receipt and further examination of the returned item, we shall send you an email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Sanctioned refunds will be done, and a credit will be placed on the payment method used in the transaction within the stated period.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account again.
- If it is not reflected there, then call or talk to the credit card company, as it may take some time to be posted.
- Following that, contact your bank because the time taken to refund may differ.
- If you haven’t received your refund till now, please write an email to Bfamonlinestore@gmail.com
- If those items are not marked as gifts, the money will be returned to the person who bought the thing for you.
