Pricing Information When Sold by Us
Competition forces us to ensure that you get the best price for our products and services; however, we cannot compete for the lowest price in your locality, city or country. The prices and availability of the offered services may change with prior notice. The prices that are indicated on our website must be different from the prices that are provided for similar or identical goods and services by other physical stores and marketplaces. As for the prices of manufactured and sold goods, it is our company’s internal pricing policy that guides our prices, and we are free to set any price that we wish.
If there are errors within our product and pricing information, we will strive to provide you with accurate information. If a particular product has been listed at the wrong price or with the incorrect details, then we specifically retain the right to cancel your order and inform you, or we may contact you for further instructions. We also maintain the right to alter our product prices and notify you by phone call or email, which you provided during the registration, or reject your order and inform you about the rejection.
When you place your order, you are required to pay for it using your credit card. If we need to cancel your order for some reason after the payment has been made, the money will be credited back to your card.
Order Cancellation
Our orders begin with order acceptance and finish when your items are shipped; however, you may cancel your full order within 6 hours of its payment. The firm dispatches orders within 12 hours to meet clients’ needs promptly.
To cancel your order, please write to us with the Subject “Cancellation” along with Order No. and the shipping address on the order. As from the first three days, The Parda will be at liberty to accept or reject returns.
Billing
Prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax).
Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and The Parda regarding the sale and use of products and services.
Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction conferred on courts in New Delhi.
